How delivery works

We will send you a text message an hour before delivery.

You do not have to be home for delivery. We want our service to be as convenient as can be for you. We take delivery instructions at checkout so our driver can leave your order wherever you want it. For chilled or frozen items, we recommend you are home so that these can be refrigerated as soon as possible. According to the Australian Government guidelines.

Refrigerated items left out for:

  • Less than 2 hours can be used or put back in the refrigerator to use later.
  • 2-4 hours can still be used, but shouldn’t be put back in the fridge for use later.
  • Refrigerated items left out for more than 4 hours are at risk of contamination and should be discarded.

How pick up works

We will send you a text message when your order is ready for pick up. Order before 1pm and we aim to have your order ready within 2 hours.

Orders placed after 1pm will be available for pick up from 8am next day.

Pick ups will be available from 8:00am until store close at 6:00pm Mon-Fri, 5pm Sat and 4pm Sun. We ask that if you cannot make on the day to let us know by phone or email online@organika.com.au
